God Loves You

       John 3:16 says, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

       God showed His great love for this world by sending Jesus. Why did this world need Jesus? 

       We need Jesus because we...

All Have Sinned.

      You must  realize and admit that even with many good things you may have done, you are not 100% perfect. You are a sinner.

     God's Word says,

“As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one.” - Romans 3:10

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” - Romans 3:23

     Can you admit that you are a sinner who needs The Savior?

There is a Penalty for Sin.

     The price of sin is death. This death is a spiritual and physical death, a separation from God.

     God's Word says,

“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” - Romans 6:23

     Without Christ, you breath, physically alive, but spiritually-dead.

Jesus Paid the price on the Cross!

     The price has been paid. It is a gift. We only need to receive it. This is why you need Jesus. He is the only who can forgive you of your sin.

God's Word says,

“...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” - Romans 6:23

”But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

     Do you believe that Jesus died, buried and rose again for you?

Receive Jesus Christ as your personal Savior.

     If you accept Jesus as your Savior, then pray a simple prayer.

God's Word says,
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” Romans 10:9-10

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13

     Call out to the Lord in a simple prayer “like” this, “Dear Lord, I know I'm a sinner. I believe in your death, burial and resurrection. I put my faith and trust in you. I receive you as my Savior. Amen”
